Nower is for adults seeking a serious relationship. The service currently offers heterosexual meetings between a man and a woman only.
How do I activate my profile?
Complete your information and preferences, then add your photo and a contact method. Once your profile is complete, you can activate it to receive proposals.
How are profiles selected?
Proposals follow the selection criteria and require at least 7/10 in both directions. Among eligible profiles, the closest person is given priority.
How do proposals work for women?
A woman may receive up to three proposals at once: “Your preferences”, “Expanded origin” and “Expanded age range”. She may receive fewer when no compatible profile is available in a category.
How do proposals work for men?
A man may receive up to three proposals at once. They all say “Your preferences” because the women shown meet his criteria. The card colour indicates how his profile is presented to the woman.
How long does a proposal last?
Each proposal remains available for 72 hours. A new proposal may arrive 12 hours after the previous one ends.
When are the photo and contact method shown?
During a proposal, “View their photo” reveals the photo. The “My love” and “Say goodbye” actions remain available. Contact methods stay private until a match is confirmed.
How does a match work?
A match is created only when both people choose “My love”. Their contact methods then become visible, and each match can be ended or reported independently.
How do I end or report a match?
The “End” and “Report” actions are available while the match is active. The card then disappears immediately, and a new proposal may arrive 12 hours later.
